This proposed residential development is located on the site of a Guest House and comprises of fourteen number two bedroom apartments over four floors. Communal garden areas are provided to the North and Western boundaries with 14 parking spaces provided to the Eastern and Southern aspects of the site. Access to each apartment will be provided via a communal lobby within which a lift will be located. Communal staircases are provided at each end of the corridor to allow for safe egress in the event of a fire.

In terms of the proposed building mass and fenestration, the proposal takes its cue from the existing Guest House and properties local to the site.

The scheme is due a response from a Pre-Planning Application in March 2014.
